When you join the Pontesbury plan you will receive the following benefits as standard:

Our friendly and professional team are here to help you choose the best plan for you and your family. You may contact one of our team who will assist you with the completion of your registration form. The good news is you do not have to be dentally fi t to join our plan and we welcome patients across a spectrum of oral healthcare needs.
Your dentist or dental hygienist will also be able to assist you in selecting the plan that best suits your oral health.
For the clinical part of your appointment, we will carry out an extensive examination, using appropriate x-rays, photo-graphs and models if required. The examination will include an assessment of your oral health, an oral cancer screening and we will discuss together exactly where any problem areas lie.
There is a once only (administration) joining fee of £10 that will be added to your first monthly direct debit. After that there are no extra payments, just your agreed monthly amount to cover all your benefits. You can be sure both the practice team and the administrators of our plan, Privilege Plan Ltd, take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. Your personal details will not be passed to any third parties and you will not receive unsolicited marketing literature for any associated fi nancial products or services.
Please note our plan administrators are Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement as the collector of your direct debit.
