Clear aligners are a set of custom-made plastic trays, each one gently nudging your teeth a little closer to their ideal position. You'll move through a new set roughly every two weeks, wearing them for at least 22 hours a day and popping them out only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.
On some teeth, we may add small attachments using tooth-coloured resin to help your aligners grip and guide movement exactly where it's needed. Before any of this begins, we'll use digital scanning technology to map out your whole journey, so you know what to expect at every stage.

Your results
Once your treatment finishes, you'll move onto retainers to help your teeth settle into their new positions. We'll book in a review appointment to make sure you're happy with the results, and we're always here afterwards if you need support keeping your new smile in top shape.
